What I can’t help you with
I’m not a tour operator and I don’t manage bookings: I can’t modify, reschedule or cancel a departure. For that, you need GetYourGuide, and the reference is in the confirmation email you received when you booked. I don’t organise private visits, don’t accompany groups and don’t sell tickets for the Cappella Sansevero or the cloister of Santa Chiara. Who we really are is written in who we are.
